  • 28 g of coconut oil

  • Vanilla flavor to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda

  • Pour the mixture into a large bowl and if you notice that there are still whole pieces of avocado, use the blender. It is important that the avocado is completely pureed so as not to find it whole or inside the brownie.
  • Obtained a smooth cream, gradually add all the dry ingredients, one at a time and mix between one and the other.
  • To avoid lumps, use a sieve to sift the cocoa, almond flour and baking powder.
  • Once you have obtained a very dense and sticky mass, pour it into a 20×20 square mold and level it evenly.
