Soketo piadina, good and low in carbohydrates!
Piadina Soketo is an artisanal product and is created in our land Romagna. With a very low carbohydrate value makes it perfect for a satisfying and guilt-free meal! The nutritional values of our piadina are such that it is suitable for those on ketogenic, vegan, vegetarian, and paleo diets.
Bull's-eye Piadizza
Who said you need pizza dough to make a pizza? Here is a fantastic piadizza:
- 1 Soketo ketogenic Piadina;
- 100 gr mozzarella for pizza
- 6 slices of prosciutto
- 1 egg
- 8 Tomatoes
- 50gr Evo Oil
Heat piadina on griddle a couple of minutes on each side while heating oven to 180 degrees. ( As an alternative to baking, you can prepare it in a nonstick pan sealed with a lid). After heating sprinkle the surface with mozzarella cheese in filie d bake After 3 minutes, add the egg to the center. Cook for 10 minutes and add the prosciutto and cherry tomatoes. Cook another 2 minutes, and when the egg is cooked, bake and serve at the table.
