Today we bring you a quick and tasty dish that is perfect for a dinner with friends or a date!
Keto canapés with salmon, mascarpone and tropea cheese

Here are the ingredients, to prepare in 10 minutes at home recipe for 6 canapés:

  • 6 slices of keto bread;
  • 200 g wild Alaskan salmon;
  • 250 g mascarpone cheese;
  • 1 tropea onion
  • salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the onion into slices; set aside half that will be served fresh on the tartlet. In a frying pan sauté with a little oil, half of the sliced onion. Once cooked turn off and let cool. Place the mascarpone, onion , evo oil and pepper in a blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Slice the bread and let it warm on a frying pan with a drizzle of oil. Arrange the mascarpone cream on the bread, a few slices of raw tropea and lay the wild salmon on top. Decorate with a few pink peppercorns.   Enjoy your Appetite!
