Cheto eggs and gorgonzola piadina

Today we will look at a recipe for a ketogenic piadina stuffed in a special and tasty way!

Soketo piadina, good and low in carbohydrates

Piadina Soketo is an artisanal product and is created in our land Romagna. With a very low carbohydrate value makes it perfect for a satisfying and guilt-free meal! The nutritional values of our piadina are such that it is suitable for those on ketogenic, vegan, vegetarian, and paleo diets.

Tasty Keto Piadina
Here are the basic ingredients for the simple recipe for our Flavorful Keto Piadina:

  • 1 Soketo ketogenic Piadina;
  • 2 eggs
  • 80gr gorgonzola cheese
  • 25 - 30 ml of MCT Bio oil, (corresponding to one or two tablespoons)
  • 1 bunch of arugula

To prepare the Egg , Gorgonzola and Arugula Piadina cook the eggs in a preheated pan with MCT organic oil, salting as needed, and, when the egg white starts to turn white, add the gorgonzola.

Heat Soketo piadina on griddle a couple of minutes per side. Once the eggs are cooked and the gorgonzola has melted, stuff the piadina and top with fresh arugula. Fold the stuffed keto piadina and serve at the table!
