RECIPE

Gluten free penne with creamed spinach and salmon
Ingredients
50g of gluten free penne
30g of fresh salmon
60g of spinach
2 walnuts
10g of butter
Parmesan to taste
salt
pepper

Method
Pour a little water into a saucepan, salt it and add the spinach. Let them cook for about 5 minutes.
Let them cool down and put them in a mixer together with the shelled and chopped walnuts.
Cut the salmon fillet into cubes, melt the butter in a large pan and add the walnut and spinach cream.
Cook for a few minutes and then add the cream, nutmeg, diced salmon, salt and pepper. In the meantime, throw the pasta into a saucepan with salted water and cook the penne.
