Piadipizza Cheto with a bull’s eye.

Today we will see a recipe for a ketogenic piadipizza stuffed in a special and tasty way!

Soketo piadina, good and low in carbohydrates

Piadina Soketo is an artisanal product and is created in our land Romagna. With a very low carbohydrate value makes it perfect for a satisfying and guilt-free meal!

The nutritional values of our piadina are such that it is suitable for those on ketogenic, vegan, vegetarian, and paleo diets.

Bull's-eye Piadizza

Who said you need pizza dough to make a pizza? Here is a fantastic piadizza:

  • 1 Soketo ketogenic Piadina;
  • 100 gr mozzarella for pizza
  • 6 slices of prosciutto
  • 1 egg
  • 8 Tomatoes
  • 50gr Evo Oil

Heat piadina on griddle a couple of minutes on each side while heating oven to 180 degrees. ( As an alternative to baking, you can prepare it in a nonstick pan sealed with a lid).

After heating sprinkle the surface with mozzarella cheese in filie d bake
After 3 minutes, add the egg to the center.

Cook for 10 minutes and add the prosciutto and cherry tomatoes.
Cook another 2 minutes, and when the egg is cooked, bake and serve at the table.
